Where do you ship?

PAWLDER ships to the United States only at this time.

How long does shipping take?

Every product is made to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then 3–5 for delivery. Total: 5–9 business days.

Is shipping free?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $45.

Can I return my order?

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@pawlder.com within 14 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has started.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What sizes do the mugs come in?

We offer 11oz, 15oz, and 20oz white glossy ceramic mugs.

Are your products personalized?

Our current collection features breed-specific watercolor designs. Custom personalization is coming soon.
