PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

United States (Domestic)
- Free shipping on all orders over $45
- - Standard Shipping (5-9 business days): $4.99 on orders under $45
International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations — stay tuned!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
PAWLDER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact your local carrier with your tracking information. We will do our best to assist you.
