Our return policy

Because every PAWLDER product is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right — no questions asked. Email us at hello@pawlder.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has already begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
